Job Description

Job Summary

The applicant should have good communication and analytical skills and should be systematic in his approach. The position mandates emphasis on quality and a positive customer experience for both internal and external customers.

Job Duties

- Creating various billing reports
- Performing research and doing adjustment as per customer specifications
- Updating information on edge as per customer/inspector instructions
- Meeting deadlines to provide timely service to internal/external customers
- For this position, problem solving requires basic research and analysis for which procedures do not always exist. The analysis is general, but not routine in nature
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Update the management team on the status of the worked done daily

- Ready to work in night shifts.
