Role Overview:

We are seeking a Brand Solutions Lead who will act as the bridge between brand strategy and client servicing. The role demands someone with strong strategic thinking, client management expertise, and creative problem-solving to craft impactful brand solutions. You will lead client relationships, design strategies for brand growth, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end client servicing and account management for key brands.
- Partner with clients to understand business challenges and craft brand strategy & communication solutions.
- Drive brand campaign planning and execution in collaboration with creative, media, tech, and design teams.
- Present strategy decks, campaign ideas, and performance reviews to senior stakeholders.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Ensure timely delivery, high-quality output, and measurable impact on client business objectives.
- Mentor and guide account executives and brand strategists within the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 5–8 years of experience in brand strategy / brand servicing / account management in advertising, digital, or integrated agencies.
- Strong portfolio of working with top brands and campaigns (award-winning campaigns is a plus).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate brand insights into creative and strategic campaigns.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong client relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
