Team and Culture: - Product designers live at the intersection of business, technology and human values - Our 130+ global team of designers, researchers and content writers work seamlessly to create intuitive experiences. - We are aggressively shaping the future of event industry through research driven designs - We are passionate, creative, and we take pride in our company’s intrapreneurially culture - Experience of working on enterprise software Day to Day Responsibilities: - Mentor & manage a team of product designers on achieving a cohesive Ux vision across Cvent’s offerings - Work with sprint teams and leadership to champion a user-centered design process - Adopt our product design system - UX standards, best practices, styles, patterns and guidelines - Collaborate with Product Management, Design and other Engineering teams to effectively align resources to meet goals and roadmap commitments - Manage and be a cheer leader for your team, actively coaching and planning for their individual growth. Requirements: - Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Design or a related field with 10-12 years of experience in product design. - Deep understanding of user centric design principles, responsive and adaptive design approaches for web/mobile. - Expert in design, critical thinking, problem solving, and prototyping tools (e.G., Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma and InVision). - Experience of working on enterprise software.
