We are seeking a highly skilled Tool Room Manager with in-depth knowledge of plastic injection moulds and tool room operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design development maintenance and troubleshooting of moulds ensuring optimal performance for plastic part production You will lead a team of toolmakers VMC operators and technicians to deliver high-quality moulds on time and within budget Required Skills Qualifications Diploma Degree in Tool Die Making Mechanical Engineering Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a tool room environment with at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of plastic injection moulding hot runner systems mould flow analysis and mould maintenance Hands-on experience with VMC EDM conventional machines and CAD CAM software e g AutoCAD Mastercam UG NX SolidWorks Excellent leadership planning and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tooling projects simultaneously Job Type Full-time Pay 55 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
