Job Title VMC Programmer Delcam Software Location KASNA SITE-5 GREATER NOIDA Department Production CNC Machining Reporting To Production Manager CNC Supervisor Job Type Full-Time SALARY - 25 000-35 000 INHAND Experience Required 4-5 Years preferred Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented VMC Programmer with hands-on experience using Delcam software PowerMILL FeatureCAM to program Vertical Machining Centers VMC The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating editing and optimizing CNC programs to ensure efficient and high-quality production Key Responsibilities Develop and edit CNC programs using Delcam PowerMILL FeatureCAM for VMC operations Interpret 2D and 3D CAD models engineering drawings and technical blueprints Select appropriate tools speeds feeds and cutting paths to optimize machining operations Perform trial runs and simulations to validate programs and make necessary adjustments Collaborate with machine operators to ensure accurate setup and troubleshoot machining issues Ensure programs meet quality standards dimensional tolerances and surface finishes Continuously improve machining processes to reduce cycle time and waste Maintain proper documentation of programs setups and revisions Provide support in tool selection and fixture design when needed Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Proven experience as a VMC Programmer using Delcam software Strong knowledge of CNC machining tooling and manufacturing processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD T Proficient in CAM software Delcam and understanding of G-code Familiar with various materials steel aluminum etc and their machining properties Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and precision Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team Preferred Qualifications Experience with 3D surface machining and complex contour programming Familiarity with other CAM or CAD tools e g AutoCAD SolidWorks Exposure to ISO standards and production documentation practices Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Ability to commute relocate Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Delcam PowerMILL SOFTWARE 4 years Required TOOLROOM INDUSTRY 4 years Required VMC PROGRAMING 4 years Required Work Location In person
