TSM Job Description Role Location: Mumbai / NCR / Bangalore Job Description Summary: 1. Responsible for the development of complex integrated solutions for all Kyndryl offerings, including for Kyndryl Infrastructure, Public and Private Cloud, Applications, Data & AI, Project, and Consulting services and value directly to customers. 2. Develop and manage technology-led relationships with solution decision makers in the Infrastructure and Customer Line of Business organizations. 3. Understanding Customer requirements and translating it into Custom solutions / Kyndryl offering as per the requirements and gaining customer acceptance of the proposed solution 4. Owns the end-to-end solution to the customer, RISK identification/mitigation, Cost, Profit, and deliverability of the overall solution for our most complex engagements. 5. Size and estimate the efforts and commercials for opportunities. 6. Ensuring all Internal Approvals as per Domestic Delivery guidance are obtained in timely manner before contracting. 7. This is a customer facing role in which 50 to 70% of the time is spent in face-to-face discussions with customers and typically working on 3-4 engagements at a time. Job Description: 1. Senior Individual Contributor role. 2. Focused on Customer acquisition, supporting senior sales executives, responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle from identification and qualification through contract negotiation and signing. 3. Understand customer's business imperatives, articulate Kyndryl's relevance to these imperatives, and leverage consultative selling to establish Kyndryl as a key participant in customer's business ecosystem. Build and maintain long-term sustainable customer relationships with CxOs of assigned strategic new logos. Work with all departments as needed such as Legal, Pricing, Sales, CIC, Global, etc to facilitate and close > 10 Mn TCV deals. Job Qualifications: 1. Strong techno-commercial ability, including concept evangelizing ability, demonstrated over 20 years of experience. 2. Strong market connects, CXO connects. 3. Ability to influence and create large deals. 4. Deep understanding of IT / Technology / Business Trends, including Infrastructure, Public and Private Cloud offering, Applications / Platforms, Public / Hybrid cloud, Automation, and the ability to align them with Kyndryl offerings. 5. Keen ability to work internally with the Kyndryl ecosystem and externally with client ecosystem to create and close large deals, > 10 Mn $ TCV. 6. Exceptional communication abilities to be able to articulate solutions and differentiation. Educational Qualifications: B.E / B.Tech / MCA / MBA– from a premier institute
