Experience: 4-7 years Location: Noida Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions and levels within the organization. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practices. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices. Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand by promoting the organization’s values and culture through various channels and platforms. Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Qualifications and Skills Experience: At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for senior and executive-level positions. Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
