The Role: We are seeking a WordPress Theme Developer who excels in designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and high-performing WordPress themes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating user-friendly, visually appealing themes and ensuring seamless integration with client requirements. Experience Preferred: 1 year - 3 years Location: Lucknow (on-site) Timings: 10 AM - 07 PM Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday & Sunday fixed off) Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop custom WordPress themes from scratch, ensuring responsiveness, speed, and compatibility across browsers. - Optimize themes for performance, security, and SEO compliance. - Integrate themes with third-party APIs and ensure compatibility with popular plugins. - Collaborate with the design team to translate creative designs into functional themes. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing themes to maintain functionality. - Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress, design, and development trends and best practices. Requirements: - Proven experience as a WordPress Theme Developer with a portfolio of custom WordPress themes. - Expertise in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Proficient understanding of WordPress core, theme architecture, and template hierarchy. - Familiarity with WordPress coding standards and guidelines. - Experience with responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap. - Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
