At Mace our purpose is to redefine the boundaries of ambition We believe in creating places that are responsible bringing transformative impact to our people communities and societies across the globe To learn more about or purpose culture and priorities visit our Within our consult business we harness our unique combination of leading-edge practical expertise and project delivery consultancy to unlock the potential in every project The project This will be a unique and possibly India s largest hotel development It will include two hotels - one a luxury hotel and the second a business hotel In addition to conference facilities in both hotels the development will also have commercial office space Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey they are Safety first - Going home safe and well Client focus - Deliver on our promise Integrity - Always do the right thing Create opportunity - for our people to excel Provides support to the assistant and project engineer for site delivery Understands the scope of works and the quality control activities required to ensure compliant works Responsible for Mace validation checks carried out in conjunction with trade contractor s specific checks Understands the Mace temporary works procedure and safety procedures and assists in the implementation of these You ll be responsible for Works with the project team to assist in the delivery of the project objectives in line with the project plan Monitors and actively engages in relevant health safety and wellbeing standards aspects of the project at all stages Assists in the preparation and modifications of the project plans and keeps them updated and relevant over the course of the project s Collaborates with relevant parties stakeholders and ensures robust quality systems are suitably managed and monitored in line with service excellence Attends and records relevant meetings providing relevant parties with contextual information and analysis including regular site walks Partners with relevant stakeholders and is actively involved in risk management and mitigation treatments Assists in tracking project changes and ensuring they are processed and formalised within the agreed timeframes Assists in providing handover documentation prior to practical completion Understands the businesses priorities through construction to production digital and data and responsible business Supports the project and programme management team activities relating to external third-party client appointments Conducts research analysis record-keeping and other supporting activities to ensure timely and accurate information to contribute to delivery of project management operation Identifies solutions to issues that are generally defined but not always immediately evident and require problem-solving Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work You ll need to have Bachelor s degree in civil Experience for a project of a similar nature Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates Even if you feel you do not fulfil all of the criteria please apply as you may still be the best candidate for this role or another role within our organization LI-Onsite Qualifications
