Role Social Media Coordinator NGO Sector Kengeri Bangalore Experience 3-5 years Salary Up to 7- 8 3 LPA About the Role We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Coordinator to manage the organizations social media presence The role requires someone who can curate impactful content coordinate campaigns and help strengthen the organizations digital footprint You will be central to content planning execution and evaluation ensuring brand voice consistency and engagement across all platforms Key Responsibilities Content Strategy Execution Take ownership of the organizations social media presence ensuring consistency creativity and responsiveness Collaborate with program teams to create a monthly content calendar Curate and develop platform-specific content that aligns with organizational updates and priorities Execute the finalized social media strategy across the organization s main channels and The Future Right Skills Network FRSN platforms Write clear engaging and on-brand social media content ensuring alignment with the organizations tone and narrative Coordinate and publish content across all identified online platforms Campaigns Engagement Plan and implement compelling and informative social media campaigns Support both organic and paid campaigns including collaborations with influencers Manage digital engagement tactics such as webinars Q A sessions and Instagram Lives Monitor comments messages and mentions and engage with stakeholders promptly and respectfully Analytics Design Conduct weekly reviews and performance assessments Generate monthly and quarterly analytics reports with actionable insights to enhance engagement and impact Effectively use social media scheduling and listening tools such as Konnect Insights Hootsuite and Sprout Social Create and edit basic visual and video content using tools like Canva and Adobe Express in coordination with the design team Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines Collaboration Support Work closely with the Marcomm team program teams and other stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met Support website-related content management tasks including updates uploads and coordination Support any other content or communication needs that arise within programs or organizational initiatives Required Attributes Experience 3-5 years of experience in managing multi-platform social media for an organization Skills Strong copywriting and storytelling skills Campaigns Ability to conceptualize and execute informative engaging campaigns Tools Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools Design Basic design skills e g Canva for creating simple visual posts Soft Skills Excellent planning and coordination abilities Knowledge Awareness of current social media trends platform updates and best practices Preference Prior experience in a non-profit or education impact-driven organization is preferred - Hiring Note Applications will be reviewed on rolling basis This job is first posted on Oct 24 2025 on For any questions or status update ping us on WhatsApp Chat helpline 91-8058331557
