Admin Accounts Manpower handling jobs 2025 This role is a high/-responsibility, hybrid position typically found in Small to Mid/-sized Enterprises /(SMEs/) that need one person to manage the core financial, general office, and basic HR/personnel compliance tasks. With 2 to 3 years of experience, you would likely be hired as an Accounts, Admin, and HR Executive/Officer. This is essentially three different functions rolled into one job/: Accounts/: Core financial transactions and compliance. Admin/: General office management and logistics. Manpower Handling /(HR/)/: Managing employee records, attendance, and basic recruitment/payroll inputs. Job Title & Focus Areas This is essentially three different functions rolled into one job/: Accounts/: Core financial transactions and compliance. Admin/: General office management and logistics. Manpower Handling /(HR/)/: Managing employee records, attendance, and basic recruitment/payroll inputs. Key Responsibilities /(2/-3 Years Experience/) 1. Accounts & Finance Bookkeeping/: Managing daily entries /(sales, purchase, expenses/) and maintaining the General Ledger on software like Tally ERP/Prime. AP/AR/: Handling Accounts Payable /(vendor payments, invoice processing/) and Accounts Receivable /(raising invoices, tracking customer payments/). Reconciliation/: Performing daily or weekly bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliations. Taxation/: Assisting with documentation for GST, TDS, and other statutory payments. Petty Cash/: Managing and auditing the office's petty cash fund. Manpower Handling /(Basic HR & Personnel/) Attendance & Leave/: Monitoring and accurately recording daily employee attendance and leave records /(a crucial input for payroll/). Compliance Data/: Maintaining all employee records /(joining, termination, ID proofs/) required for statutory compliance /(PF/ESI/). Payroll Input/: Preparing and submitting the monthly data /(attendance, overtime, deductions/) to the payroll vendor or internal payroll team. Recruitment Support /(Initial/)/: Assisting with basic tasks like posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and collecting onboarding documents from new hires.
