Job Summary A seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years of experience across Custody Operations and Products who is looking to collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders to deliver products that play an important role in Operations day-to-day business Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business Requires good analytical skills in order to filter prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required Lead the team at the forefront of this growth and transformation journey leveraging digital tools The successful candidate will support FSS Custody Ops Efficiency Transformation Agenda collaborating with global and regional business stakeholders to deliver against our roadmap Key Responsibilities Strategy Lead high priority cross-operations initiatives addressing key strategic issues and functional architecture in close partnership with Operations and Technology with a focus on shaping and implementing custody operation s global technology strategy to meet business goals Align custody product goals with the overall business objectives and regulatory requirements Drive implementation of the digital solutions agenda across the custody business and operations with ongoing partnership with multiple parties across the organization and clients Responsible for facilitating business change management and process design by developing reviewing detailed software functional requirements and process flow diagrams Build and maintain relationships with keys stakeholders Communicating progress of the project s to relevant parties including but not limited to Senior Sponsors Business Sponsors Steering Committees and Program Management Office as appropriate Acts as custody SME to senior stakeholders and or other team members Stay updated on industry trends technology advancements and best practices in custody operations Leverage innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction Business Work closely with end users business units and other IT resources in all stages of project life cycle including investigation analysis design development testing and implementations to ensure business requirements are successfully implemented Define key performance indicators KPI s to measure the success of custody operations Processes Deliver the digital strategy for custody operations that supports the globally consistent strategy in developing for scale whilst accounting for country nuances Be a strong people influencer and product owner to deliver proof of concepts and execute on incubation ideas that will span across lines of businesses and locations while ensuring adherence to governance and controls Develop plans to effectively increase awareness of digital culture across custody operations Define and drive training programs to upgrade the knowledge and capability of custody operations staff in digital automation Identify inefficiencies in current custody operations and propose solutions to enhance workflows Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and improve operational metrics Identify potential risks associated with custody operations and develop mitigation strategies Provide support for priority cross-operations strategic initiatives including analysis business requirements stakeholder management communications and initiative execution Support all phases of major initiative development from concept through tangible deliverables Partner with custody operations business units to assess and streamline processes in order to mitigate risk or control issues and generate efficiencies Measure outcomes on Change initiatives program post-implementation to evaluate benefits Assess the impact of proposed changes to the current processes
