Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales professional based in Bengaluru. The candidate will focus on identifying client needs and providing tailored insurance products and solutions, including health and life insurance. They will manage customer relationships, collaborate with insurance brokers, handle policy negotiations, and provide exceptional post-sale customer service to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. Qualifications - Proficiency in Insurance Sales and knowledge of various insurance products. - Understanding of Insurance Brokerage and processes related to policy management. - Experience in Health Insurance services and products. - Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client communication and engagement. - Ability to effectively negotiate and build relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus. - Proactive attitude and the ability to work in an on-site environment in Bengaluru.
