Location: Gurugram (In-office) Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (US Shift) Experience: 1 – 4 years Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month About the Role We’re hiring for a US-based rental-tech startup that’s simplifying tenant screening and lease approvals through technology-driven identity, income, and fraud verification. As a Credit & Verification Analyst, you’ll review applications, verify financial documents, and ensure accurate and timely underwriting decisions. Key Responsibilities - Review tenant applications for completeness and accuracy. - Verify income proofs, IDs, and supporting financial documents. - Identify discrepancies or potential fraud using internal tools. - Communicate with property managers or applicants to resolve data gaps. - Maintain clear documentation and notes for every case. Requirements - 3 + years in credit operations, KYC, or loan processing. - Strong written & verbal English skills. - High attention to detail and process discipline. - Comfortable working across tools. - Ready to work evening / US shifts. Good to Have - Background in underwriting, income verification, or fraud detection. - Experience in fintech or banking support processes.
