KT Capital is a growing financial services company focused on transparent secure and customer-friendly lending The Loan Officer is responsible for sourcing evaluating and servicing loans This role involves customer interaction field verification documentation data entry and close coordination with the Branch Manager to ensure that all loans are compliant profitable and low-risk Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree B Com BBA BA B Sc or equivalent - mandatory Language Communication Fluent in English and Tamil - both spoken and written Able to draft clear emails WhatsApp messages and basic reports in English Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with customers in person and on the phone Technical Computer Skills Comfortable using computers for daily work Good working knowledge of MS Excel Google Sheets Word and email Ability to learn and use loan-management or CRM software training will be provided Comfortable using smartphone apps UPI WhatsApp Business basic scanning apps Other Requirements Strong sense of responsibility punctuality and discipline High personal integrity - no history of cash handling issues or misconduct Willingness to work from branch location and travel locally as needed Job Type Full-time Pay From 7 000 00 per month
