Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and explain gold loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms
- Verify and value pledged gold ornaments accurately
- Manage loan disbursement and repayment collections
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance as per regulations
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth
- Achieve monthly loan disbursement and recovery targets
- Safeguard pledged gold and ensure proper security measures

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in gold loans, NBFC, banking, or financial services
- Strong numerical and valuation skills
- High integrity and trustworthiness (mandatory for handling pledged assets)
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Loan Management Systems)
