Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for supervising and managing specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring that food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and cooking dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, coordinating kitchen staff to ensure timely service, and monitoring food storage and inventory. The Chef De Partie will also collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning and maintaining overall kitchen efficiency. Qualifications - Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation - Experience in kitchen supervision, team coordination, and maintaining an organized workspace - Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and inventory management practices - Ability to follow and create recipes while ensuring consistency and quality - Proven experience in a similar role; prior experience in fine dining or high-volume kitchens is preferred - Culinary degree or certification is highly desirable - Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Passion for culinary arts and creativity in developing new menus and dishes
