perspective and given the unique strength we possess we are the people that really make a difference in the operational world Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Quality Assurance Analyst L1 to join our Rich Media Operations team In this role you will be responsible for validating and ensuring the functionality compliance and rendering quality of rich media ad creatives across platforms This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail a passion for digital media and a strong sense of ownership over the user and client experience What will you be doing Perform manual QA on rich media ad creatives to ensure functionality across multiple devices browsers and environments Validate ad formats for creative integrity responsiveness clickthrough behavior and tracking pixel performance Ensure adherence to specifications and platform guidelines before campaigns go live Log and escalate creative issues with proper documentation using internal QA tools and dashboards Collaborate closely with Creative Operations Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve ad-serving bugs Run checklists and test cases for standard ad units and custom rich media formats Support rapid QA turnaround for high-priority campaigns while maintaining quality standards Identify and suggest process improvements to optimize rich media QA workflows What is expected from you Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT Media or related fields or equivalent experience 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance Ad Operations or Digital Advertising freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome Familiarity with ad platforms HTML5 creatives Javascript Charleslog and browser dev tools is a plus Basic understanding of ad trafficking VAST tags third-party tags and tracking parameters Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight SLAs High attention
