This involves maintaining real time online data in the HRIS System. · Payroll SPOC for Validation and sharing the inputs to payroll vendor as per cut-off timelines. · Monthly Payroll input Preparation & validation for processing the payroll. · Preparation and Cross verification of employee’s salary breakups. · Preparation of employee Pay Structures, Incentives, CTC Enhancements (Appraisals), Other Variable Pays & Etc. · Preparation of Salary Register for 30000+ Contract Direct labour for Validation and Approval for raising Invoice from Vendors. · Holding the responsibility of the Checker, Input vs. output of the register done by payroll vendor to ensure 100% error free deliverable. · Handling Full & Final Settlements Process for exit employees. · Vendor coordination for payroll related queries and close the task as per agreed timelines. · Invoices Validation and approval from Finance and Planning team. · Coordination with “Finance Department” for salary release process. · Statutory liabilities reports like PF, ESIC & PT will be shared to statutory team for remittance on Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and yearly basis. · Responsible for employees’ payroll and salary disbursement. · Escalations pertain to employee salary will be closely monitored to ensure that all issues are closed effectively within the defined SLA. · Audit - Handled both Internal & External customer as per audit trail and standards. · Handling Associate queries, problems solving like Salary, Leave, Incentives, Reimbursement, and other deductions & Earnings Etc.
