JD for CDL Payroll position - SME Responsible to plan, direct, monitor and control all aspects of Payroll Operations, maintain operational requirements as per company policy and ensure highest standards are maintained in areas of Employee satisfaction. · Managing Payroll process for 30,000+ contract employees (Vendor Payroll). · Maintaining the complete payroll database and MIS reports. This involves maintaining real time online data in the HRIS System. · Payroll SPOC for Validation and sharing the inputs to payroll vendor as per cut-off timelines. · Monthly Payroll input Preparation & validation for processing the payroll. · Preparation and Cross verification of employee’s salary breakups. · Preparation of employee Pay Structures, Incentives, CTC Enhancements (Appraisals), Other Variable Pays & Etc. · Preparation of Salary Register for 30000+ Contract Direct labour for Validation and Approval for raising Invoice from Vendors. · Holding the responsibility of the Checker, Input vs. output of the register done by payroll vendor to ensure 100% error free deliverable. · Handling Full & Final Settlements Process for exit employees. · Vendor coordination for payroll related queries and close the task as per agreed timelines. · Invoices Validation and approval from Finance and Planning team. · Coordination with “Finance Department” for salary release process. · Statutory liabilities reports like PF, ESIC & PT will be shared to statutory team for remittance on Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and yearly basis. · Responsible for employees’ payroll and salary disbursement. · Escalations pertain to employee salary will be closely monitored to ensure that all issues are closed effectively within the defined SLA. · Audit - Handled both Internal & External customer as per audit trail and standards. · Handling Associate queries, problems solving like Salary, Leave, Incentives, Reimbursement, and other deductions & Earnings Etc.
