About Lytegen Lytegen is a leading company in the renewable energy sector focused on delivering innovative solar solutions while fostering an inclusive and empowering work environment We believe in the potential of our employees to drive our mission forward Position Overview We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team during the night shift 8 30 PM to 5 30 AM We are specifically looking for female candidates who are passionate about HR and dedicated to supporting our diverse workforce Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding documentation and offboarding Handle policy making HR documentation and ensure smooth implementation across departments Ensure compliance with Labour Laws PF and ESI regulations Oversee performance appraisals evaluations and employee grievance handling Maintain HRMS HR software and ensure accurate employee record keeping Prepare and present HR reports data analysis and insights to management for decision-making Drive employee engagement retention and culture initiatives Support in payroll coordination and statutory record management Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role Sound knowledge of Labour Laws PF ESI and statutory compliance Proficiency in HR software HRMS platforms e g Zoho People GreytHR BambooHR etc Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Strong decision-making and organizational abilities Benefits Night shift cab facility Exposure to international HR operations US-based company Supportive and growth-oriented work culture
