and innovative restaurant spaces across a multi-brand organization with an eye to detail market trends technical and business needs A hands-on experienced designer with the ability to create impressive 3D rendering visuals and concept designs A collaborative team member that can thrive in an everchanging role This role reports directly within the Global Concept Design team and may interact with other functions such as Construction Marketing Operations etc within a matrix organization RESPONSIBILITIES Describes the top duties and responsibilities for the position Duties and Responsibilities Create conceptual restaurant designs communicated through 3D renderings Sketchup Enscape Adobe Creative Suite AutoCAD or any other relevant software platforms that delivers on the creative brief and aligns with the brand visual identity Provide innate creativity in-depth knowledge of design standards materials and constructability to advance the customer experience 80 Ability to create effective sell-in presentations that conveys the design idea using 3D model visualization and incorporated finish material selection 10 Self-manages work based on pre-defined ask and deliverable expectations Able to track and report on project status Good communication skills 5 Communicate with Senior Manager Global Concept Architecture Design and HSC Concept Design Lead for all relevant matters regarding the design project 5 EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum4 Year Bachelors degreeRequired minimum Bachelors degree within architecture interior design or another related field EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION 4 years of applied working experience in a related field 4 years producing renderings and concept visuals in relevant software Experience in restaurant or retail architecture construction or store design REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS or ABILITIES List other job-specific knowledge skills or abilities required to be eligible for this role Knowledge Skills and Abilities Proficiency in Sketchup Enscape Adobe Creative Suite AutoCAD or any other relevant software platforms to develop impactful visualization to help convey concept ideas Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite primarily PowerPoint to create presentations Working knowledge of architectural finishes materials and application in a commercial restaurant and or retail environment Basic understanding of restaurant operational layouts with an ability to absorb and reflect on architectural drawings in ever-evolving operating systems and store design standards Ability to apply knowledge of architecture and interior design principles to achieve successful outcomes in store designs that ensure compliance with established brand design standards Capable of setting priorities meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects in a changing environment within a matrix organization Ability to successfully manage time and competing priorities to deliver all projects on time Highly motivated and the ability to work as team player Ability to interface and maintain excellent professional relationships with a variety of audiences Proficient in reading and understanding Architectural MEP and
