We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–4 years of experience in product, program, or project management who are passionate about building impactful products, managing roadmaps, and driving end-to-end product lifecycle management. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining product vision, collaborating across teams, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Strategy & Vision

- Work closely with leadership to define, refine, and communicate the product vision and strategy.
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable product initiatives and measurable outcomes.

- Product Roadmapping

- Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects business priorities, user needs, and market trends.
- Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.

- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation, requirement gathering, design, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Continuously monitor product performance, gather feedback, and drive iterations to enhance user experience and product adoption.

- Product Ownership

- Act as the Product Owner in Agile/Scrum teams, creating and maintaining the product backlog.
- Write clear and concise user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure development teams understand requirements.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes to maximize product value.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Work with customer success and support teams to address issues and incorporate customer feedback into product decisions.

- Execution & Delivery

- Define key milestones, track project timelines, and ensure delivery meets quality standards.
- Manage risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure projects stay on track with deadlines and budgets.

- Market & User Insights

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to understand customer needs and market opportunities.
- Leverage data and analytics to make informed product decisions and optimize user engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of product roadmapping and ability to translate vision into actionable execution.
- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) with a track record of managing products end-to-end.
- Practical experience as a Product Owner in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Excellent skills in requirement gathering, backlog management, and prioritization.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in using data for decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or other product management platforms.
- Exposure to wireframing tools such as Figma, Miro, or Balsamiq.
- Experience working in a startup, SaaS, or technology-driven environment.
