About Octopus by RTG Octopus by RTG is the tech hiring and outsourcing arm of Robusta Technology Group dedicated to connecting exceptional tech talent with top-tier organizations across the MENA GCC Europe the US and Canada We specialize in building strong long-term partnerships between skilled professionals and innovative companies Our mission is to empower growth innovation and excellence by matching the right talent with the right opportunities We are currently hiring a Part-Time MarTech Specialist for a digital insurance company in KSA on a remote 1-year contract subject to extension offering an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact performance marketing campaigns within a dynamic and data-driven environment Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time MarTech Specialist to manage optimize and enhance Tree s marketing technology ecosystem This role ensures accurate data collection seamless integrations and reliable tracking across all marketing and product channels The ideal candidate is detail-oriented analytical and deeply experienced with MarTech tools and tracking infrastructures Responsibilities 1 Google Tag Manager GTM Ownership Manage maintain and optimize GTM containers across environments Implement test and deploy tags triggers and variables for campaigns and product analytics Enforce consistent naming conventions documentation and version control 2 Analytics GA4 Mixpanel Maintain and optimize GA4 implementation including events conversions audiences and enhanced measurements Oversee Mixpanel tracking setup product analytics roadmap event documentation GTM integration Build dashboards validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across analytics platforms 3 Data Integrations Pixels Configure and manage pixels across all platforms Meta CAPI Google Ads TikTok Snapchat X Ensure precise event mapping and support server-side integrations where required Troubleshoot attribution discrepancies and ensure event firing accuracy across channels Manage and monitor the MMP integration Adjust 4 CRM Marketing Automation MoEngage Manage event and attribute mapping to ensure seamless data flows into MoEngage Debug tracking gaps and support real-time triggers journeys segmentation and automation logic Assist the growth team with journey design event definitions and lifecycle automation improvements 5 QA Testing Documentation Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy consistency and reliability across the entire MarTech stack Develop and maintain technical documentation including event specs GTM schemas pixel setups and tracking SOPs Collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement backend events and advanced tracking requirements Requirements 3 years of experience in MarTech growth analytics or technical marketing roles Strong hands-on experience with GTM GA4 CAPI and Mixpanel Experience with CRM and automation platforms MoEngage is a major plus Solid understanding of tracking taxonomies browser DevTools debugging methodologies and attribution logic Experience in fintech or high-volume performance marketing environments is highly preferred Benefits Remote opportunity within a collaborative and growth-focused environment Competitive compensation Social and medical insurance
