Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide support via voice calls for domestic customers.
- Engage in sales-related conversations to promote products/services and achieve sales targets.
- Manage a blended approach, effectively transitioning between customer service and sales interactions.
- Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and offer solutions efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to overall team goals.

Background & Skills:

- Any Graduate (Fresher) or Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal and written) for domestic customer interaction.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a polite and helpful demeanor.
- Sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and persuade customers.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a 5-day working week structure.
