Job Description

Contract Management:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to land acquisition, leases, construction, and services.

Legal & Regulatory Advisory:

-

Ensure compliance with laws and regulations update policies accordingly.
-

Advise on legal impacts of regulatory changes and business strategies.

Litigation & External Counsel:

-

Coordinate with external lawyers, track cases, manage documentation, and control legal costs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

-

Support internal teams (RERA, CRM, Contracts, Projects, Sales) on legal matters and dispute resolution.

Risk & Contract Management:

-

Identify legal risks draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
-

Manage contract lifecycle and mitigate legal risks.

Strategic & Leadership Role:

-

Provide legal input for strategy and statutory compliance.
-

Lead and develop the legal team, fostering an ethical and collaborative culture.

The Successful Applicant

- LL.B or LL.M from a reputed institution.
- 15+ years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in real estate or infrastructure.
- Proven experience in handling real estate litigation, regulatory matters, and commercial negotiations.
- Strong exposure to working with external legal counsel and managing complex case
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- High integrity, business acumen, and attention to detail
