Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparation and review of submissions for income tax proceedings. - Coordinate and follow up with legal advisors to ensure timely filings and hearings. - Support in compilation of paper books for submission before CIT(A)/ITAT and other authorities. - Review compliances under the Income Tax Act, including return of income, other forms, and transfer pricing compliances. - Support tax audits and assist in responding to inquiries from tax authorities. - Provide internal tax advisory under the Income Tax Act, 1961. - Follow up for income tax refunds, rectifications, and appeal effects. - Prepare advance tax estimates and report to management along with all tax balances. - Review financials from a tax perspective to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Support internal structuring and acquisition-related initiatives from a tax standpoint.
