The Opportunity The Direct Tax Manager will play a pivotal role in managing Ultrahuman's direct tax function, including domestic and international tax compliance, advisory, and planning. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong mix of consulting and industry experience, global exposure, and deep understanding of tax laws, audits, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Oversee preparation and filing of income tax returns for entities across jurisdictions. Manage tax audits, assessments, and ensure accurate and timely submissions. Provide expert tax advisory support for business decisions and cross-border transactions. Monitor and ensure compliance with TDS, advance tax, and other statutory obligations. Coordinate with external consultants and advisors for complex tax matters and global compliance requirements. Implement best practices in tax governance, process automation, and risk management.
