Develop accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using Revit Architecture MEP Structure Create and manage Building Information Models BIM with precision and detail Prepare detailed construction drawings layouts and documentation Coordinate with architects engineers and project teams to integrate design inputs Review and resolve clashes between architectural structural and MEP models Maintain communication with project managers to ensure timely deliverables Ensure drawings adhere to company and industry standards Maintain drawing libraries templates and families in Revit Produce schedules material take-offs and reports from BIM models Perform quality checks on models and drawings before submission Update and revise designs based on feedback and project requirements Ensure accuracy in dimensions levels and technical details Assist in preparing presentations and visualizations for clients Provide support during design reviews and client meetings Collaborate with site teams for design implementation and modifications Stay updated with the latest Revit features BIM trends and industry practices Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Experience Revit 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
