Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage executives' schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings. - Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. - Manage office supplies and ensure all necessary materials are available for staff. - Assist in project management tasks, including tracking progress and deadlines. - Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and company matters. - Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the executives and company operations. Requirements - Proven experience as an executive secretary or in a similar administrative role. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - High level of discretion and confidentiality. - A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
