Cafe Coffee Day (CCD) is India's largest caf chain and a beloved hangout spot where the young at heart unwind. Operating through Coffee Day Global Limited (CDGL), a subsidiary of Coffee Day Enterprises Limited, CCD boasts Asia's second-largest network of coffee estates. Coffee from CCD is exported globally to clients in the USA, Europe, and Japan. Since opening our first caf in 1996 in Bangalore, we have become a vibrant and popular destination in the city.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and handling various human resources (HR) tasks. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing HR strategies, supporting employee development, maintaining company policies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

1.Must have worked in wh environment, handled role similar to floor incharge or wh manager.

2.Must have good excel skills.

3.Should be good team player and good in communication, written and oral.

4.Proficient in English and Kannada.
