Job Description Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer Location: Siliguri Office Timing: 10 AM 6 PM (Monday to Saturday) About Us We are hiring for an IT and digital solutions firm based in Siliguri. The firm offer services in web development, software solutions, digital marketing, branding, and creative content. The firm works with clients across various industries, delivering modern, reliable, and results-driven digital services. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Motion Graphic Designer with a strong creative mindset and the ability to develop visually appealing digital content. The ideal candidate will design brochures, advertisements, newsletters, logos, videos, and motion graphics as required. Job Responsibilities - Create engaging motion graphics, social media creatives, video edits, and design assets. - Work on branding visuals including logos, brochures, banners, newsletters, and digital ads. - Collaborate with the team to produce innovative design concepts. - Ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects. - Maintain consistency with brand guidelines. Required Skills - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. - Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. - Strong understanding of color schemes, typography, layouts, and design templates. - Ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines. - Creative thinking and strong visual communication skills. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). - 1 - 3 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or video editing (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply). - Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. - Good understanding of visual design principles, color theory, typography, and layout. - Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and motion graphics work.
