Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lecturer specializing in Aptitude, based in Tirupati. The Lecturer will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging aptitude training sessions for students. Day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and updating content, conducting workshops, monitoring progress, and providing tailored guidance to help students excel in their job preparation. Collaboration with the academic team to enhance learning materials and methodologies will also be part of the role. Qualifications - Proficiency in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. - Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. - Experience in mentoring or training students for competitive exams or job interviews. - Ability to develop instructional materials and adapt to varying student learning levels. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields is a plus. - Passion for teaching and enabling student success in the job market.
