Day-to-day tasks may include building customer relationships, addressing client inquiries, implementing sales strategies, and providing necessary training to team members when applicable. The role focuses on achieving enrollment targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and respond to inquiries. - Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop and implement strategies to meet enrollment goals. - Capability in Training and mentoring to support team development and knowledge-sharing initiatives. - Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle tasks efficiently. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous. - Experience in the education sector or similar domains is a plus.
