We are looking for energetic Business Development Freshers to join our PhD Assistance company The role involves connecting with students researchers and professionals understanding their research requirements explaining our services and helping them choose the right solutions This position is ideal for freshers who are confident good in communication and interested in sales and client handling Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Client Interaction Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain available PhD assistance services Generate leads through calls WhatsApp email and follow-ups Understand customer needs and guide them on suitable services Sales Pitch Conversion Present the service benefits clearly and professionally Convert warm and interested leads into active clients Maintain a positive relationship with clients during follow-ups Daily Reporting Coordination Maintain lead details follow-up status and conversion reports Coordinate with the sales team and service departments Achieve daily weekly monthly lead and conversion targets Customer Support Answer basic queries from customers Provide clear communication to build trust and transparency Skills Required Good communication skills English Tamil preferred Confidence in making calls and interacting with clients Basic sales understanding Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to handle targets and deadlines Qualification Any degree Freshers with good communication and interest in sales can apply Salary As per company standards incentives Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
