Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager for our food outlet in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing food service operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the food outlet to ensure efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee stock ordering and replenishment.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that increase foot traffic and sales.
- Ensure excellent food quality and presentation in line with brand standards.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to maintain a positive dining experience.

Skills and Qualifications

- 7-15 years of experience in retail management or food service operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Proficient in inventory management and operational cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for improvement.
- Experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software.
