Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions maintain accurate books of accounts handle statutory compliances and support the finance team in budgeting and reporting The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles proficiency in accounting software and the ability to prepare timely reports to support business decisions Key Roles Responsibilities1 Accounting Bookkeeping Record verify and reconcile day-to-day financial transactions Maintain ledgers journal entries and supporting documents Manage accounts payable and receivable Ensure accurate recording of income expenses and assets 2 Financial Reporting Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Assist in preparation of MIS reports for management review Support in budget preparation and variance analysis Maintain accuracy and compliance in reporting 3 Taxation Compliance Handle GST TDS and other statutory requirements Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory returns Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and laws Coordinate with auditors during statutory and tax audits 4 Bank Cash Management Conduct daily bank reconciliations Maintain cash book and petty cash records Monitor fund flow and ensure timely vendor payments Track outstanding receivables and follow up for collections 5 Audit Internal Controls Prepare schedules and documents for internal and external audits Implement proper checks and balances in financial processes Ensure internal control systems are followed in all accounting operations 6 Support to Management Provide timely financial data for decision-making Support in cost analysis and process improvements Coordinate with other departments for smooth financial operations Skills Competencies Required Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian Accounting Standards Proficiency in Tally ERP accounting software and MS Excel Good knowledge of GST TDS and statutory compliances Analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines Good communication and coordination skills Qualifications Experience Education B Com M Com Semi-Qualified CA Equivalent qualification Experience 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience Experience in managing accounts in the manufacturing trading or service industry is preferred Remuneration Benefits Salary Budget Up to 30 000 per month based on experience and skills Statutory benefits as per company policy Opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
