Role Overview The Financial Executive Support will assist the Finance Department in managing day-to-day financial activities maintaining accurate financial records and supporting budgeting reporting and compliance processes The role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with good knowledge of MS Excel accounting principles and financial documentation Key Responsibilities - Financial Record Management Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial transactions Reconcile bank statements and other accounts periodically Reporting Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements Generate monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Compliance Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings such as GST VAT income tax or other local taxes Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits Budgeting Forecasting Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts Monitor expenses and compare them with budgets to identify variances Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and workflows Implement best practices for financial control and management Collaboration Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate and complete financial data Coordinate with vendors suppliers and clients regarding financial transactions Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience Accounting 1 year Preferred Tally 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred License Certification CA-Inter Preferred Work Location In person
