What youll own

Community Presence: Be the face of the community-host conversations, create touchpoints, build belonging.

Engagement Systems: Design playbooks for content, events, and discussions that drive scalable engagement.

Co-Creation: Shape campaigns with the communityfocus on what resonates with US culture and behaviour.

Program Delivery: Run initiatives end-to-endscope, manage timelines, and deliver outcomes.

Pulse & Signals: Stay tuned to sentimentspot shifts early and act before engagement drops.

Impact & Metrics: Own and improve core metricsgrowth, activity, and retention.

What Sets You Apart

Proven experience in building communities or engagement-driven experiences;

Sense of consumer psychology - you know what clicks and what flops;

Natural host energy - you light up a room (or a Zoom);

Storyteller at heart - your words move people, not just inform;

Big-picture thinking - you see the ecosystem, not just the members;

And yes, the essentials too (communication, detail orientation, adaptability).
