Job Description Role- EUC Img Patch Description The EUC Img Patch role is responsible for developing and maintaining image patches for End User Computing solutions, ensuring that systems are up-to-date and secure. This position requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with various teams to enhance patch management processes. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain image patches for EUC (End User Computing) solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of patch updates. - Monitor and troubleshoot patch deployment issues across the organization. - Create and maintain documentation related to patch processes and standards. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with patch management policies. Skills and Qualifications - 5-8 years of experience in EUC management or related field. - Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and patch management processes. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. - Experience with patch management tools such as SCCM, WSUS, or similar solutions. - Understanding of IT security principles and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
