Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Agra. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include liaising with clients to identify their needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and overseeing account activities to ensure timely project completion and delivery. Additionally, the Account Manager will handle client contract negotiations, prepare regular reports on account status, and identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
