Role Description We’re looking for a Tech Lead who can drive end-to-end product development — from architecture and design to deployment and optimization. You’ll lead a small, agile team building next-generation AI platforms using React, Python, and FastAPI, and integrate with cutting-edge LLM, computer vision, and automation systems. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping technical direction, reviewing code, enforcing quality standards, and mentoring developers — while staying hands-on with the codebase. - Location: Vasai (Mumbai) - Mode: Full-time (Work from Office) - Experience Required: 5+ years Key Responsibilities - Lead full-stack engineering efforts across multiple AI products (chatbots, vision systems, content generation platforms). - Architect scalable systems using Python (FastAPI/Flask) and JavaScript (React/Node.js). - Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate LLMs, APIs, and ML models into production systems. - Drive DevOps practices – containerization, CI/CD, and cloud deployments on AWS/Azure. - Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices. - Work cross-functionally with product managers and designers to translate business goals into technical deliverables. - Maintain code quality and system performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. - Contribute to the technical roadmap, identifying opportunities for optimization or innovation. Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in software development with strong hands-on coding background. - Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js. - Strong backend experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask). - Proven experience in building REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures. - Solid understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar). - Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows. - Strong understanding of system design and performance optimization. Good to Have - Familiarity with Java, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Cloud experience with AWS or Azure. - Exposure to DevOps pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring tools. - Experience working with AI/ML pipelines, LangChain, or vector databases (nice bonus). - Experience leading teams or mentoring developers.
