- Interacting with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that integration solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Participate in project planning activities, risk assessment, and scheduling for SAP projects.

Education and Experience

Indicate the formal education, certification or license required and/or preferred. Include the minimum number of years of relevant experience required for the position (where legally permissible).

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

- 8+ years of combined SAP O2C experience, Vistex experience in REBATE/DMP modules & full life cycle implementations.
- This role necessitates a profound understanding of data management principles, coupled with exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in life sciences / pharmaceuticals industry preferred.
- Domain Expertise in Commercial Processes and solutions, Order Management, and integration with upstream planning and downstream logistics processes.
- Solid grasp of Order Management functionality, Customer Master data, Customer Hierarchy, and integration with other SAP modules like Vistex for pricing, Hybris integration for Order to Cash.
- Experience with dealing with key integration areas in Planning, Intercompany sales, Finance, and Logistics are fundamental.
- Demonstrated experience of various IT practices, international projects, including but not limited to, project management, operational service delivery, and large project implementations.
- Experience participating in complex End-to-End SAP implementation and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations.

Technical Skills Requirements

Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable to the position.

- Develop, prototype, test and implement Vistex REBATE, and integration with other SAP modules Salesforce and Hybris integration for O2C.
- Working knowledge of Vistex integration with CRM tools such as SFDC.
- Understand current Vistex solution and support/implement as part of the Global team, proactively proposing solutions to improve the support of new and existing business processes.
- Experience in Vistex V4 HANA is preferred.
- Experience with Vistex configuration of REBATE, DMP, CR, and CB modules in several or all the following areas:
- Master Data, Customer Hierarchy, Serial profile, and batch management
- Service Notification and Service Order
- Pricing, Vistex & Taxation
- Agreements, Deals, and promotions
- Periodic and Milestone billing
- Integration with SAP Contracts/Sales orders
- Hands-on experience in identifying and working through O2C User Exits and directing ABAP developers. Ability to debug as needed.

- Regular working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST (ICC Second Shift).
- Sometimes, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during production go-live.
