Senior Maintenance Engineer

Plan schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical electrical and instrumentation equipment Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement root cause analysis to prevent recurrence Coordinate with operations production and safety teams to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance work Maintain and update maintenance records work orders and equipment logs using CMMS Computerized Maintenance Management System Ensure compliance with HSE Health Safety and Environmental standards and regulatory requirements Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and upgrades to existing equipment Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with vendors for procurement of materials and technical support Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs such as MTBF Mean Time Between Failures and MTTR Mean Time To Repair Train and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors as needed Participate in risk assessments safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives Maintenance of reactors pumps filters centrifuges agitators valves etc Attend mechanical breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime Preventive maintenance and shutdown planning Handle utility equipment like compressors boilers cooling towers Follow safety and environmental guidelines GPCB CPCB Coordinate with stores for spare parts and contractors when needed Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
