This position is part of the Service team located in Gujarat and will be working remotely in managing the customer base in the South-Gujarat region with base location Surat.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

- Handle daily service and support of Radiometer's existing customer base and support sales & service growth and customer happiness. Completing Installation of equipment's on site, completing Preventive Maintenance as per schedule and promotion of Service Contract, consumables, and IT solutions. Also conduct demonstration of products to customers Imparts training to the customer
- Drive service revenue sales targets while ensuring strong customer contract retention rate and warranty conversion rate
- In this role, you will utilize critical thinking to resolve issues within defined procedures and practices. As an FSE on our team, associate will also provide frontline support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting
- Attend breakdown calls in the region and raise request for parts and close transaction under Warranty, or Chargeable basis
- Update service report in CRM Identifying potential parts requirement and get quote submitted and collect Purchase Order Identifying potential equipment requirements and generate Service Leads for sales team

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

- Diploma/Degree Engineering in (Electronics, instrumentation and Bio-Medical Is preferred).4+ years of field Service experience in medical devices or related fields is preferred
- Ability to travel 50% travel involved in the role
- Ability to prioritise workload, goals and tasks consistent with the department objectives. Ability to take direction from multiple sources and balance conflicting priorities in an effective and efficient manner and work well independently
