The ideal candidate should have 58 years of QS experience in civil/construction projects, with strong expertise in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools is essential. Knowledge of FIDIC contracts. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
