Job Description

Quantity Surveyor / project cost manager

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (Junior Level) with 3+ years of experience to work at Bangalore.

Job Summary:

To work continuously with Business Development and Sales team to provide estimate document and for closing the order.

To coordinate with the internal team for completing the project within the specified budget

Qualification Graduate in Civil- BE/ B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil

1. Prepare quotation

2. Co- ordinate with the design team for understanding the design and working on costing

3. Co-ordinate with Project Team and Design team for site requirements and prepare Change Order Request if there are any changes in the site

4. Maintain enquiry tracker for all the enquiries received

5. Maintain quotation tracker for all the quotations sent

6. Co-ordinate with vendors and sub-contractors for exploring them the technical details and payment terms

7. Finalize vendor meetings and management

8. Co-ordinate with Landscape Architects, Architects, Site Engineers, PMC

9. Co-ordinate with Sales and Business Development team for follow up with the clients and closing the orders

10. Co-ordination with clients representative for work orders or order acceptance and updating the team and filing the documents.

11. Site Visits during the project progression on stages

12. Verifying the Purchase Orders before circulated it to the vendors keeping in mind the inventory

13. Verifying the work orders before being circulated to the sub- contractors

14. Co-ordinate and delegate the Work Orders and Order Acceptance to Accounts for timely billing

15. Check, verify and approve Purchase Bills

Software Skills Required

1. Auto Cad Read and Draw

2. 3D software- Read

3. MS office- Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point Presentation

4. Good Knowledge in Marking language

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 19,000.00 - 23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 25000-35000/- per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
