Job Description Position Overview J Job Title: Sales Enablement Specialist, AVP - R0392339 Location: Mumbai, India Role Description: Corporate Cash Management (CCM) is part of DB's corporate bank division, and the team is responsible for the delivery of the range of Cash Management products and services to the bank's corporate clients. This includes working on origination and execution of corporate bank transactions (Treasury, Digital and innovative solutions, Cost efficient account structure, Cash Management services including Payments, Collections, FX and Liquidity Solutions) as part of country/regional teams. What we'll offer you: As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you'll enjoy: - Best in class leave policy - Gender neutral parental leaves - 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral) - Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education - Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members - Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents - Accident and Term life Insurance - Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Your key responsibilities: - Be a key point of contact for governance, maintenance and administration of various sales enablement levers such as pricing tool, share-points, capability matrices etc - Work with Sales, Coverage, Product teams to own various proprietary Deutsche Bank tools to keep them updated with latest information such as pricing, cut-off timing, product capabilities, client case studies, DB awards, and capabilities - Create efficiencies in the process through efficient use of latest technology and through data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI - Comply with and manage and own BCM, documentation and other product specific requirements - Creating and maintaining content - pitchbooks/templates and client related materials - Create hub for all client collaterals for effective and consistent messaging across client segments - Drive Analytics and research for client asks, win/loss ratio, identifying emerging trends incl. potential client wallet and support sales teams in identifying new business opportunities - Facilitate knowledge exchange across the global franchise. Your skills and experience: - Desired background: MBA / Post graduate with 5-7 years experience in broader financing roles. - Deep experience in the financial services with preferred knowledge of banking products (Cash management/Trade finance). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Working knowledge of Tableau/Power BI - Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills. - Driven and motivated to work under tight timelines. - Strong academic background.
