Company 4Tuners Technologies Job Type Full-time Location Indore Greater Nodia About Us 4Tuners Technologies is a rapidly growing tech startup focused on delivering innovative web and mobile solutions As we scale our team we are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive Manager to lead our people operations This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building company culture leading end-to-end recruitment and managing day-to-day HR functions in a collaborative startup environment Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment sourcing screening scheduling interviews and onboarding Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of technical and non-technical candidates Develop and implement HR policies processes and initiatives aligned with company goals Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation contracts and compliance Foster a positive workplace culture through team engagement activities and feedback loops Support performance management processes and assist in employee evaluations Address employee concerns with empathy and in alignment with company policies Coordinate training development and upskilling opportunities Assist leadership in workforce planning and organizational development Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 1 year of experience in HR roles preferably in a startup or tech company Proven experience in IT tech recruitment is a strong plus Strong knowledge of HR best practices labor laws and compliance Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Familiarity with HR tools recruitment platforms LinkedIn Naukri etc and ATS systems Nice to Have Experience in creating employer branding and recruitment campaigns Knowledge of remote work policies and virtual team management Exposure to HR analytics and reporting Certification in HR e g SHRM PHR or similar is a bonus What We Offer Opportunity to help shape the culture and team of a growing tech startup A collaborative transparent and fun work environment Flexible working hours and supportive leadership Room for rapid career growth and skill development Competitive compensation based on experience How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you re a good fit for this role to hr 4tunerstech com Use the subject line HR Executive Manager Application - Your Name Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Work Location In person
