Title IT Operations Lead Location Onsite Hybrid in your region What You Will Do As an IT Ops Lead you will play a pivotal role in managing IT operations security and infrastructure management You will be responsible for implementing ITIL practices and incident management processes to ensure operational excellence and security compliance within the organization Key Responsibilities Oversee IT operations management to enhance system reliability and performance Implement and maintain IT security management protocols to safeguard organizational assets Manage IT infrastructure ensuring optimal performance availability and security of all systems Utilize ITIL framework to develop and enforce policies and procedures for incident management Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify security vulnerabilities and implement necessary improvements Collaborate with IT teams to design and deploy new technologies that align with business goals Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other IT staff Document all processes configurations and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing across the team What We Look For Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering IT operations or a related role Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and incident management processes Experience in managing IT security measures and infrastructure management Proficient in network security principles and protocols Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications in ITIL CompTIA Security or equivalent Experience with cloud infrastructure and services AWS Azure etc Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks If you are a proactive professional eager to contribute to a dynamic team we invite you to apply for the Senior System Engineer position at Johnson Controls
