Job Title HR Manager Location Mumbai Company Della Luxury Products Looking for Immediate Joiner Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the human resources function at Della Luxury Products Mumbai The HR Manager will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture driving HR initiatives and aligning HR strategies with business objectives This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across all HR functions Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies procedures and systems aligned with company objectives Handle end-to-end recruitment talent acquisition and onboarding processes for all departments Oversee employee engagement welfare activities and grievance handling to ensure a positive work culture Manage performance management processes including goal setting appraisal cycles and feedback mechanisms Implement learning development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws PF ESIC gratuity and other HR-related regulations Manage payroll inputs compensation benefits and HR data management Partner with business heads to identify manpower requirements and workforce planning Foster effective communication across all levels of the organization Lead disciplinary processes conflict resolution and employee relations management Drive HR digitalization reporting and MIS for management decision-making Job Expectations Qualifications Skills Strong knowledge of HR best practices labor laws and compliance requirements Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels Hands-on experience in HR systems payroll and MIS reporting Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment Work Conditions Location Mumbai Della Luxury Products 6 days working May involve occasional travel as per business requirements Minimum Qualification MBA PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification Minimum Job Experience 7-12 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years in a managerial role Reporting to HOD Travel Travelling as and when required
